The Vestige

So after changing my art concentration a bazillion times I have finally started something that I will be getting 12 pieces out of. I’ll post pictures eventually, but I keep forgetting to actually take pictures lol.

So way back in 9th grade, when I was busy not paying attention in history class, one of my best friends asked me to write a story about her. That story became the Kingdom Hearts story that I still haven’t finished, but have started to work on again. When I was sick and got the chance to make a wish because of the Make A Wish foundation I wished that I would be able to present my story to Square Enix. After waiting almost two years I was about to change my wish when out of the blue as I was passing out from dehydration at the Memphis zoo I got my wish. A couple days later I was flown to LA to go to E3 where I presented my story to the VP of Square. They translated what I had so far into Japanese and I got word back on Christmas 2011. They couldn’t use my story:( At least, not completely….. Everyone really enjoyed the story and though they couldn’t use all of it, a key theme/idea in the story they really liked and may incorporate it into a KH game down the road!

Since I don’t have to worry about spoiling a whole future game, I have decided to share my story with you. If you want to read it, email me at mysteriesabound@ymail.com. Tell me you wanna read it, refer your friends to it, and if you decide later down the road you wanna read it just tell me and I’ll send it to you from the beginning. I’m going to begin sending it out next week.

If you do want it I ask that you do not try to steal it and if your friends want to read it let me send the email, not you. If you do try to take my story I will politely hunt you down and kill you:)

So Mrs Megan Wells, my art teacher, has opened up her Etsy shop. It’s called Make Wells and everyone should buy stuff from her:)

I also like wolves. There my favorite animals along with penguins, but it’s illegal to own penguins in America so I’m gonna have to get wolf and hopefully it won’t eat my three hedgehogs that I will also one day own. Because I love wolves so much here are some pictures of these beautiful creatures.

Oh I definately plan on visiting one day just maybe when there isn’t snow everywhere. It’s so beautiful though I know I have to go one day.

I’m kind of weird.

I want to live in Alaska, but I hate snow.

Anything remotely gory makes me wanna vomit, yet there is an intensely gory scene (in my view at least) in every story I write.

Some people don’t understand me. I understand why they don’t understand me. I don’t even understand myself half the time. All I know is that I just….am. I’m me, the girl that goes by a thousand names, has a personality for every occasion, but am somehow always the same person. Did you understand any of that? Yeah, same.

On a completely different and unrelated note, because I don’t feel like starting another post, I just found out I AM GOING TO COLLEGE!!!!!!!!!! I only applied to one college and I got in! Holy crap, this is a huge weight off my shoulders. Unfortunately, it’s not over yet. With my choice of going to a private college I have a boat load of scholarships to apply for.

And on another unrelated note, I have decided to turn my poetry anthology into a book, though I am keeping the poetry and will try to finish the anthology regardless. And my first art piece just needs a little touch up work (though I still find it hideous) then I will post it along with the tragic beginnings of my next piece.

Life is more fun when nothing is normal:)

So I’ll be honest I’m about to “advertise”. Not because I’m being paid or anything, but because these are amazingly awesome things.

Shanalogic is an awesome indie shop that sells clothing, jewelry, makeup, art, and other things. Everything is made by indie artists and mostly everything is totally cute except for men’s stuff which “MANLY” *says in deep voice*

This is my art teacher’s blog. She’s really cool and creative and is trying to start a cake company. She’s also starting an Etsy shop where she’ll be selling prints of her artwork. Trust me, I’ve watched her make these and they’re awesome.

Well, that’s all I have to vouch for today. On a seperate note, I’m almost finished with my first concentration piece so when it’s finished I’ll post a picture of it with the poems that inspired it. I also think I’ll post step by step pics after because I really wish I did that with this first one.
